Hiring For Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, responsible, and trend-aware Social Media Manager who can independently manage social media platforms and create engaging content that matches the brand's identity.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram trends, creative posts, reels, video editing, and content strategy, along with a genuine and sincere approach toward their work.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow the brand's social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook.

* Create creative and visually appealing posts, carousels, stories, reels, and short-form videos.

* Edit videos professionally using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, VN, or similar software.

* Stay updated with the latest Instagram/Reels trends, sounds, formats, memes, and content styles and implement relevant trends quickly.

* Develop creative content ideas according to the brand, target audience, and ongoing trends.

* Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure content is published on time.

* Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs when required.

* Coordinate with the design/content team to ensure posts are accurate, complete, and ready for publishing.

* Monitor content performance and provide ideas for improving reach and engagement.

* Take ownership of assigned work and ensure deadlines are followed without constant supervision.

* Maintain the brand's visual identity and content quality across all platforms.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of Instagram and social media trends.

* Good understanding of graphic design and creative content creation.

* Ability to create/edit Reels and short-form videos.

* Knowledge of Canva and video-editing tools is required.

* Good sense of visual aesthetics, typography, composition, and storytelling.

* Ability to identify which trends are relevant to a particular brand.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Strong attention to detail.
