we are looking for someone who must have at least 2 years of experience on google ads and facebook ads, preferably at a marketing agency with multiple mid-sized clients. someone who actually understands digital ads holistically and knows the levers available for creating results. hands on experience for managing social media.

key responsibilities:

• creating media plans

• ads strategies for specific channels

• auditing ad accounts

• analyzing performance and finding improvement areas

• presenting the strategies and results to clients and planning ahead with them

• creating processes for continuous improvement in our delivery results

• coordinating with creative team

• organic social media management along with paid ads.

• developing and managing digital marketing campaigns & social media strategy

• proven track record in managing social media channels and driving traffic to

company portals

• should have knowledge and ability to understand user behavior on digital platforms.

• the creative production experience, with an emphasis on video, social, and display-rich media for mobile and desktop platforms.

mandatory skills and ability:

• good hands-on experience on google or facebook ads

• analytically sharp to analyze and find good insights

• understand all social media platforms to maximize organic reach

• being able to understand a brands message and copy

• extremely good listener and clear communicator

• confident about strategies but still keen to learn more
