Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

€¢ Supervise daily site activities and workforce

€¢ Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications

€¢ Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers

€¢ Monitor material usage and maintain stock records

€¢ Enforce safety rules and ensure a clean, safe worksite

€¢ Prepare daily site reports and progress updates

€¢ Identify issues and assist in resolving on-site problems

€¢ Ensure quality control at every stage of work

📌 Requirements:

€¢ Minimum 1 years of site supervision experience

€¢ Strong knowledge of construction processes

€¢ Ability to read drawings and handle site documentation

€¢ Good communication and leadership skills

€¢ Ability to manage labour and handle site challenges

€¢ Basic computer/WhatsApp reporting skills
