Site Supervisor

responsibilities:

supervise daily site activities and workforce

ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications

coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers

monitor material usage and maintain stock records

enforce safety rules and ensure a clean, safe worksite

prepare daily site reports and progress updates

identify issues and assist in resolving on-site problems

ensure quality control at every stage of work

requirements:

minimum 1 years of site supervision experience

strong knowledge of construction processes

ability to read drawings and handle site documentation

good communication and leadership skills

ability to manage labour and handle site challenges

basic computer/whatsapp reporting skills
