Freshers For Site Supervisor - Balasore

- Responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities at the construction site.

- Ensure that all work is carried out according to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project plans.

- Monitor and report on progress, issues, and any deviations from the original plan to the project manager.

- Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and manpower utilization on-site.

- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.
