We are seeking a dedicated Showroom Manager to lead our team in Prayagraj. The ideal candidate will bring 1 to 3 years of experience in retail management, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service in our showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Oversee and motivate showroom staff, fostering a positive environment to enhance productivity and teamwork.

2. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

3. Sales Management: Monitor sales performance, implement strategies to meet targets, and maintain inventory levels to optimize sales.
