Hiring Shop Helper For Mohali

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Shop Helper to support our daily operations in Mohali, India. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and should have completed their 12th-grade education.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Inventory Management**: Assist in organizing and maintaining the inventory, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored. Regularly check stock levels and report shortages.

2. **Assisting Customers**: Help customers with their inquiries and guide them to the right products. Provide excellent customer service by being friendly and attentive.

3. **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Keep the shop clean and organized, including sweeping, dusting, and ensuring displays are neat. Regularly check that tools and equipment are in good condition.

4. **Loading and Unloading**: Help with the loading and unloading of products. Ensure that all deliveries are accurately checked against shipment records.

5. **Order Processing**: Assist with order preparation and packaging. Ensure that all orders are ready for dispatch in a timely manner.
