Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of employees. Delegate tasks, set daily/weekly work priorities, and monitor performance to ensure targets are achieved.
Training and Coaching: Onboard new employees and provide ongoing coaching, training, and constructive feedback to team members to improve their skills and performance.
Operational Oversight: Ensure all daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and adhere to established company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Problem-Solving: Address immediate operational issues, resolve minor workplace conflicts, and troubleshoot problems that arise during the work shift, escalating complex matters to upper management when necessary.
Quality and Compliance: Monitor the quality of work output, ensuring that products or services meet required standards. Maintain strict adherence to compliance, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
Reporting and Administration: Prepare and maintain accurate daily production logs, shift reports, time-sheets, and performance records. Communicate key operational information to the management team.
