key responsibilities

training and coaching: onboard new employees and provide ongoing coaching, training, and constructive feedback to team members to improve their skills and performance.

operational oversight: ensure all daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and adhere to established company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

problem-solving: address immediate operational issues, resolve minor workplace conflicts, and troubleshoot problems that arise during the work shift, escalating complex matters to upper management when necessary.

quality and compliance: monitor the quality of work output, ensuring that products or services meet required standards. maintain strict adherence to compliance, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

reporting and administration: prepare and maintain accurate daily production logs, shift reports, time-sheets, and performance records. communicate key operational information to the management team.
