ii) Man Power Deployment.

iii) Zero breakdown

iv) Monitorring and Recording of Parameters.

v) Trouble shooting in case of Breakdown.

vi) Discipline and supervision of work.

vii) Production Quality and Quantity Confirmation.

viii) Coordination and Communication with Department members.

viii) Coordination and Communication with other departments.

ix) Minimization of machine down time / breakdown by resource allocation.

x) Supervise , Evaluate and Coach Subordinates.

xi) Observing Core Competency and Healthy Employee relations.
