Responsibilities include supervising personnel, optimizing machine parameters, conducting troubleshooting, and handling maintenance to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

Production Management: Executing daily production plans on PET molding/blowing machines.

Technical Knowledge: Setting, monitoring, and troubleshooting machine parameters (., Husky machines, ISBM, or PET preform machinery).

Quality Control: Ensuring product quality, monitoring defects, and maintaining GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Team Leadership: Managing manpower, training operators, and ensuring safety compliance on the shop floor.

Maintenance: Carrying out operational checks and coordinating preventive maintenance.
