Service Technician

Role Overview

Aska Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technician/Service Engineer to lead the

development of strong relationships with key government officials and decision-makers. The ideal

candidate will play a crucial role in generating tenders and securing government contracts, thus

contributing to Aska Group's revenue growth. The role demands a strategic thinker with a deep

understanding of government procurement processes, strong communication skills, and a proven

track record in contract acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product commissioning and installation.

- Conducting product training sessions for customers.

- Demonstrating product functionality.

- Inspecting products for quality and performance.

- Performing maintenance and repairs during Service and AMC contracts.

- Traveling extensively, with 20+ days of travel per month.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Educational Qualification: ITI in Electrical or Diesel Mechanic / Diploma in Electrical or

Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience: ITI Candidate

Diploma Candidates, Minimum 5 years of experience with a private limited company

(Contractor experience will not be considered).

Skills:

- Strong technical knowledge in Electrical or Diesel systems.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
