by : Maintenance Engineer

Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations.

ï‚· Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.

 Maintaining all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.

ï‚· Creating and implementing maintenance procedures.

ï‚· Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.

ï‚· Planning and managing all repair and installation activities.

ï‚· Ensuring all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.

ï‚· Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates.

ï‚· Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs.

ï‚· Overseeing equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.

ï‚· Responding to breakdowns.

ï‚· Diagnosing faults.

 Repairing Equipment’

ï‚· Supervising Engineering and technical staff.

ï‚· Obtaining Specialist components, fixtures or fittings.

ï‚· Build relationship with customer, manage team workload with good leadership skills

Experience and Skills

 Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field is preferred.

 A minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance.

ï‚· Previous managerial experience is a bonus.

ï‚· Good understanding of the technical features of machinery and electrical systems.

ï‚· Strong knowledge of machines and equipment.

ï‚· Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

ï‚· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
