Service Engineer

Maintains relationships with the Existing clients by providing support, information, guidance, recommending new products, recommending service improvements, and visiting the client location on a regular basis.

€¢ Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and Gain knowledge on competition.

€¢ Maintaining customer records based on service reports and analyzing the market requirements and sharing the same to the managers on daily and weekly basis.

€¢ Planning for AMC and Schedule Maintenance for Existing and New Clients and Customers.

€¢ Should be ready to travel for the service as per the company requirements.

€¢ Working along with the sales team in Initiating Demo for the interested Customers and client based on the product requirements.
