We are looking for a technically strong and customer-focused Service Engineer to manage installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of Batch Coding & Laser Marking Machines. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality after-sales support.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning
Install, commission, and demonstrate Batch Coding & Laser Marking Machines at customer sites
Ensure machines operate as per specifications and quality standards
Service & Maintenance
Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown servicing
Diagnose faults and resolve issues with minimum downtime
Attend service calls, site visits, and emergency breakdowns
Customer Support & Training
Train customer operators on machine usage and basic troubleshooting
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution
Coordinate with sales and technical teams for customer satisfaction
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain service reports, visit logs, and spare parts usage records
Support warranty, AMC, and post-sales service activities
Follow company service SOPs and safety standards
