Showcase machine trials and demonstrations to visiting customers

Coordinate with production, design, and quality departments

Maintain service reports, installation records, and documentation

Support breakdown troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Ensure customer satisfaction and timely service support

Monitor machine performance after installation

Follow safety standards during installation and servicing activities
