Key responsibilities

Installation and maintenance: Install new equipment, perform routine inspections, and conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshooting and repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, perform necessary repairs on machinery and systems, and document all service activities.

Customer support: Respond to customer service requests, provide technical assistance, train users on proper equipment use, and explain new features.

Technical documentation: Maintain detailed records of service activities and create or update technical documentation and manuals.

Collaboration and reporting: Communicate with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure services are delivered effectively. Monitor equipment performance and report on issues.

Quality and safety: Conduct quality assurance and safety checks to ensure compliance with all regulations.
