1: Maintains relationships with the Existing clients by providing support, information, guidance, recommending new products, recommending service improvements, and visiting the client location on a regular basis.

2: Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and Gain knowledge on competition.

3: Maintaining customer records based on service reports and analyzing the market requirements and sharing the same to the managers on daily and weekly basis.

4: Planning for AMC and Schedule Maintenance for Existing and New Clients and Customers.

5: Should be ready to travel for the service as per the company requirements.

6: Working along with the sales team in Initiating Demo for the interested Customers and client based on the product requirements.

7: Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry

trends, market activities, and competitors.

8: Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information based on the market requirement and sharing the same to the managers on weekly and Daily Basis.

9: Maintains quality service and establishing Customer Relationship.

10: Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as per guidelines.

11: Leads Generation and hunt for new opportunities where we can promote our products.

EDUCATION: Diploma/ . Electronics and telecommunication.
