REQUIREMENTS:
At present, apart from the managerial and back-office staffs, we do have 165 Service Engineers placed in different branches. But, to cope with the work load and in time customer service to our esteemed clients we need additional man power (Service Engineers) in various branches, as tabled below-
Angul, Dhenkanal, Paradeep, Cuttack, Puri, Nayagarh, Khordha, Bhubaneswar, Berhampur, Rayagada, Jeypore, Baleswar, Bhadrak & Jajpur

What we are going to offer-
1. Salary @ After Interview
2. Immediately effective during training period
3. Allowable leave day per month excluding Sundays & scheduled holidays.

11. Accidental Insurance Cover of Rs. 20 Lakhs per employee.
12. Term Insurance Policy of Rs. 20 Lakhs (in case of Death)
13. In house training of 2-3 months to freshers by senior Service Engineers for giving practical exposure.
14. There after PM training of 25 days to be provided by Kirloskar Oil Engine Limited at Kolkata. The entire expenses (approximately Rs. 25,000/-) will be borne by the firm.
Our Requirements-
1. The deserving candidate must have his own two-wheeler having valid RTO documents
2. Must have a valid Driving Licence
3. In case of resignation during probation period (. till the date of availing KOEL training), must have communicate well before 2 months from the date of resigning.
4. Thereafter, a minimum 3 months notice period is required before leaving the Job.
