opportunity for iti / diploma qualified engineer with hands on experience of repair & maintenance of battery operated mhe used in warehouses (. stacker, pallet truck, battery forklift, diesel forklift, reach truck & tow truck), with knowledge and experience of executing maintenance activities at customer site independently, problem solving ability with optimal cost to customer.

we are seeking a skilled and dedicated service engineer with expertise in mhe maintenance to join our team. the service engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety. the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting service check-ups, performing preventive maintenance, executing repairs, attending breakdown and maintaining accurate documentation. this role involves working from our office as well as regular site visits.

responsibilities :

# attend assigned service calls at customer site

# identify faults & provide solution independently using skills & experience

# regular preventive and routine maintenance service work at customer site

# attend assigned breakdown complaint

# identify spares required if any and recommend

# provide comprehensive feedback of service work to technical team.

# conduct regular service check-ups, diagnostics, and repairs on various mhe at client sites.

# collaborate with clients to understand maintenance needs and provide effective solutions.

# execute preventive maintenance plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to maintenance schedules.

# conduct monthly audits of mhe conditions and identify areas for improvement or repair.

# provide technical guidance and support to clients on operation and maintenance best practices.

# maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and services performed.

#daily / weekly reporting to reporting manager on the progress of tasks assigned for the assigned area / customer base
