Opportunity for ITI / Diploma qualified Engineer with hands on experience of repair & maintenance of battery operated MHE used in Warehouses (. Stacker, Pallet Truck, Battery Forklift, Diesel Forklift, Reach Truck & tow truck), with knowledge and experience of executing maintenance activities at customer site independently, problem solving ability with optimal cost to customer.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer with expertise in MHE maintenance to join our team. The Service Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting service check-ups, performing preventive maintenance, executing repairs, attending breakdown and maintaining accurate documentation. This role involves working from our office as well as regular site visits.

Responsibilities :

# Attend assigned service calls at customer site

# Identify faults & provide solution independently using skills & experience

# Regular Preventive and routine Maintenance service work at customer site

# Attend assigned breakdown complaint

# Identify spares required if any and recommend

# Provide comprehensive feedback of service work to technical team.

# Conduct regular service check-ups, diagnostics, and repairs on various MHE at client sites.

# Collaborate with clients to understand maintenance needs and provide effective solutions.

# Execute preventive maintenance plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to maintenance schedules.

# Conduct monthly audits of MHE conditions and identify areas for improvement or repair.

# Provide technical guidance and support to clients on operation and maintenance best practices.

# Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and services performed.

#Daily / Weekly reporting to reporting manager on the progress of tasks assigned for the assigned area / customer base

# Keep up-to-date with industry trends
