Roles and Responsibilities:
Allocating and managing daily assignment of work orders and field service resources
Coordinating the onboarding and training of field service resources
Outbound calls to customers to obtain further information and/or to identify customer satisfaction
Delivering a high level of customer service through day-to-day interaction with the field team
Ensuring performance metrics are met
Requirements:
Experience in a scheduling/dispatching or a similar role is a MUST
Experience in a fast-paced/high volume, customer-centric working environment essential
Experience with MS Office
High accuracy, and attention to detail
Ability to learn and follow process flows
Effective time management and organizational skills
Outstanding customer and team engagement capabilities to communicate across all levels
Should be available to work 6 days a week.
