salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month + incentive + bonus

we are looking for a service manager rental to manage the daily operation, deployment and maintenance of our construction equipment fleet including tower cranes, passenger hoists and truck mounted crane.

responsibilities:

oversee fleet operation, repair, and preventive maintenance schedules.

manage operators, technicians, and support staff.

recruit and deploy operating crew as per project requirements.

clients meeting and marketing.

control maintenance and repair costs.

prepare monthly performance summaries.

coordinate with clients, vendors, and operators for equipment deployment.

assist the managing director in follow-ups, quotations, and rental negotiations.

requirements:

diploma/degree in mechanical or automobile engineering preferred. or any degree with experience.

minimum 5 years of experience in construction equipment management.

strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
