We are looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team in Verna, Goa. This role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience and a diploma. The Service Advisor will facilitate communication between customers and the service department while ensuring high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, listen to their concerns, and provide accurate information regarding vehicle repairs and services.
2. Work Order Management: Prepare detailed work orders, ensuring all customer requests and vehicle issues are documented clearly for the service team.
3. Follow-up Communication: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle, explaining repairs and associated costs in a clear and friendly manner.
4. Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and maintain a positive relationship.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service details in the company
