primary responsibilities:

we are seeking an experienced server administrator to provide support for microsoft/vmware based systems. the

role includes excellent troubleshooting for our clients’ it issues and supporting their variety of applications and

technology needs.

our ideal candidate will bring:

• minimum relevant 5+ years it support experience (windows/esxi operating systems)

• strong working knowledge of: windows, networking, emmail systems, hardware installations, servers

andother related technologies.

tech skills -

• strong working knowledge on windows servers 2012/2016/2019

• administration and troubleshooting of windows file/print and application servers

• troubleshooting on active directory servers, sites, and services & events.

• install, management and administration experience of esxi clusters and hyper v clusters

• experience with server hardening on microsoft and esxi platforms

• hands on experience with powershell scripting, automation and group policy administration

• review reports from rmm tools to identify trends and system health and forecast issues

• level 2 escalation support for server issues

• deployment and administration patch management

• hands on experience of microsoft office/ office 365/g-suite, spam filters

• hands on experience of printers & antivirus: management & configuration

• advanced-backup configuration & management

•experience in azure/aws cloud admnistration
