Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-driven SEO Specialist / SEO Expert who has strong expertise in SEO, Local SEO, and AI-driven SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of technical SEO, keyword strategy, and website optimization, with a focus on delivering measurable growth through structured execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective SEO, Local SEO, and AI SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings

Conduct advanced keyword research, including intent-based, local, and transactional keywords

Perform detailed website audits and create structured action plans with clear timelines and ownership across teams

Optimize websites through on-page SEO practices, including:

Meta titles, descriptions, and image alt tags

Proper H1-H6 hierarchy

Internal and external linking strategy

Natural keyword placement and density

Ensure strong implementation of technical SEO, including:

Core Web Vitals optimization

Website speed and performance improvements

Crawlability and indexability

Conduct content audits and collaborate with content teams to improve SEO performance

Coordinate effectively with SEO, content, and development teams to resolve issues and implement strategies

Focus on result-oriented execution with measurable KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions)

Implement high-quality off-page SEO strategies with emphasis on:

Outreach and guest posting

UGC backlinks (Quora, Reddit, forums)

High-quality business listings and industry-specific backlinks

Competitor backlink analysis and opportunities

Avoid low-quality or toxic backlinks such as:

Directory submissions

Social bookmarking

File sharing and PDF submissions

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong hands-on experience in SEO, Local SEO, and AI SEO

In-depth knowledge of technical SEO and website performance optimization
