We are looking for a part-time SEO executive who can work with us and is confident in taking on the following responsibilities.
You will work primarily on off-page optimisation strategies, provide actionable recommendations and execute those recommendations.
Required skills and experience:
You should ideally have a tech background
At the same time, you should also understand the basics of marketing and how SEO and general marketing go hand-in-hand.
Link Building: Look for new opportunities to create links. Find new link-building ideas fast and track existing links to monitor and correct changes in the websites backlink profile. This is one of your most prominent activities. You should find ways of how to 10x the number of referring domains. You should know all tactics - white, black, grey. You need to know the role of content (blogs, images, infographics, PDFs, etc.) in building consistent links which is a non-stop activity.
Stay updated with any major algorithm changes or newly discovered SEO techniques.
You must have already put your SEO theories to practice and tested SEO results.
Tracking Rankings, Traffic, and Conversion Rates - Compiling and analyzing these figures. You need to know how to use Google Data Studio to create reports and presentations.
On-site Optimisation - Do some yourself and assign technical issues to the developer. Code corrections, content tweaks, image updates, etc. Keep a log of the changes to be reported in weekly, monthly reports and check progress.
Monitor Website Competitors - Carefully monitoring a competitors backlink profile may expose weaknesses in their strategy that will allow us to surge past the opponent in the SERPs. Monitoring a competitors activities may reveal information on new strategies that either work or dont.
Knowledge & Experience Requirements:
Hands-on experience in SEO
