Senior US IT Recruiter

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled US IT Recruiters who thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Successful candidates will have excellent communication and networking abilities, delivering results while prioritizing tasks efficiently. Long-term commitment is preferred.

3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

In-depth knowledge of US hiring practices and laws.

Experience in building IT talent pools.

Comfortable working in EST and PST shifts.

Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.

Knowledgeable about US work Visas (H1B, E3, TN).

Familiarity with US Tax terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).

Strong understanding of technical requirements.

Demonstrated sourcing skills and candidate assessment abilities.

Self-motivated with strong teamwork skills.

Analytical thinker, capable of recommending the right fit.
