Senior US IT Recruiter

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled US IT Recruiters who thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Successful candidates will have excellent communication and networking abilities, delivering results while prioritizing tasks efficiently. Long-term commitment is preferred.

€¢ In-depth knowledge of US hiring practices and laws.

€¢ Experience in building IT talent pools.

€¢ Comfortable working in EST and PST shifts.

€¢ Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.

€¢ Knowledgeable about US work Visas (H1B, E3, TN).

€¢ Familiarity with US Tax terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).

€¢ Strong understanding of technical requirements.

€¢ Demonstrated sourcing skills and candidate assessment abilities.

€¢ Self-motivated with strong teamwork skills.

€¢ Analytical thinker, capable of recommending the right fit.
