Hiring a Senior US IT Recruiter with a minimum of 5-7 years€™ experience (Individual role)
Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Hands-on experience with various interview formats (. phone, and structured).
€¢ Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
€¢ Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
€¢ Knowledge with tax terms W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp.
€¢ Experience in VMS & ATS.
€¢ Clear understanding of Visa processes.
€¢ Strong desire to build relationships with clients & candidates.
€¢ Hard working and willing to learn.
€¢ Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
€¢ End-to-end recruitment process management.
€¢ Experience in recruiting H1Bs.
