Hiring a Senior US IT Recruiter with a minimum of 5-7 years experience (Individual role)
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (. phone, and structured).
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
Knowledge with tax terms W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp.
Experience in VMS & ATS.
Clear understanding of Visa processes.
Strong desire to build relationships with clients & candidates.
Hard working and willing to learn.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
End-to-end recruitment process management.
Experience in recruiting H1Bs.
