we are seeking a highly motivated technical executive with a btech/mtech graduation degree and 3 years of relevant experience to lead our team of managers and guide them on data-oriented tasks. the ideal candidate should have sound technical machine knowledge, a strong understanding of science and chemicals, and excellent problem-solving skills. additionally, the candidate should be proficient in using online tools such as google sheets, excel, and other data management tools.

key responsibilities:

• lead and guide a team of managers to efficiently handle the r&d and production parts of the company.

• use technical expertise to identify and resolve machine-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• develop and implement technical solutions to increase machine efficiency and productivity.

• stay updated with the latest technological advancements and apply them to improve the overall performance of the company.

• analyze the numbers, profits, and losses of the company and develop strategies to maximize profitability.

• perform data-oriented tasks, such as preparing spreadsheets, creating reports, and analyzing data.

• develop formulas to calculate production targets and maintain accurate records of production.

• ensure that all machines are operating at their optimal level and implement preventative maintenance measures.

• collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

• efficiently handle data and organizational work on the efficiency front.

requirements:

• bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (btech/mtech) or a related technical field.

• 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
