**key responsibilities:**
1. **project management:**
- oversee and manage all on-site construction activities.
- ensure projects are completed according to design, budget, and schedule.
- coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
2. **technical supervision:**
- interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- provide technical guidance and support to site engineers and construction workers.
- resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems on site.
3. **quality control:**
- monitor construction processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- conduct inspections and quality control checks.
- ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with specifications.
4. **documentation and reporting:**
- maintain accurate records of construction progress, materials used, and any changes to plans.
- prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.

5. **team leadership:**
- supervise and mentor junior engineers and site staff.

**qualifications:**
- bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- several years of experience in construction management or site engineering.
- strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- excellent leadership and communication skills.
- relevant certifications (., pmp, osha) are a plus.
