We are looking for a Sales Head having experience of around 10 Years in Selling Compressors.
• Meeting with customers to maintain relationship and discussing their requirements
• Supervise and motivate the team members to develop their skill and to ensure that the monthly sales target is met.
• Plan to achieve personal and teams target.
• Analysing market trends and results, implementing marketing strategies to increase profit.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for areas; projecting expected sales volume and profit.
• Provide necessary support to team members for lead generation and closing new deals.
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key areas
• Continually develop knowledge of the market and competition for your defined geography and accounts
• Preparation of reports, sending proposals to clients as needed.
