To develop & grow GNH share of wallet with the independent dealers in the assigned territory through superior territory management, sales planning & value selling using GN Hearing solutions Job Responsibilities 1. Develop & grow GN share with existing customers (Channel Sales) 2. Business Development - Identify & penetrate prospective customers 3. Work closely with regional audiologist to train customers in ably dispensing GN products 4. Timely collection of dues/market outstanding 5. To keep a close tab on competition activities & update on regular basis 6. To plan & execute activities to improve secondary sales Camps/Parent Child Meets 7. To do thorough sales call planning & execute as per plan 8. To submit various reports on time as per norms set by RSM Key success factors for performance Internal 1. Achieve sales for the territory as per agreed targets 2. Control overdue within agreed target 3. Business development - Deliver business from prospective customers as per target planned for the territory. External 1. To generate secondary business as per plan from various activities such as camps etc. 2. To regularly update market mapping & report competition activities Competencies & Selling skills - Selling skills (methodology and complex sales experience) - Business acumen (understand and respond to business situations) - Planning/preparation, organization, and appearance Analytical skills - Good communication and presentation skills (in writing and in person) - Comfortable with frequent travel Personality traits - Result oriented with good track record - Credibility and Courage (in balance) - Passion and Motivation (attitude to pursue the opportunity and the future) - Integrity and Work ethics - Determination and Independence Education & Training - MBA in Marketing preferred or Graduate (preferably science) - 4-5 years of Channel Sales experience with a proven sales record - Age up to 30 years maximum
