Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Nashik. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing strategies to achieve our business goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Develop Sales Strategies:** Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed target revenues. This requires a deep understanding of the market and customer needs.

- **Manage Sales Team:** Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to optimize performance and ensure they meet their individual targets while promoting collaboration.

- **Build Client Relationships:** Establish strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty, which will aid in long-term business growth.

- **Analyze Market Trends:** Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

- **Prepare Sales Reports:** Generate and present regular sales reports to upper management, highlighting performance analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and motivate your sales team.

- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.

- Proven experience in sales and a solid understanding of sales techniques to drive results.

- Ability to analyze data and market trends, guiding your decision-making process.

- An or PGDM degree is essential, along with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in sales management.
