Job Description

you will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those to plans to the sales head from genpact, concentrix, aries global.

- achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully.

- implement a company strategic sales plan to expand company s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

- sales force, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

- build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

- present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

- identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

requirements

- must have excellent communication skill.

- must be from business development & sales team.

- you may need to travel to the client place locally or outstation.

- excellent negotiation skills

- prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

- ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
