💰 Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC/Month

### 💰 SALARY STRUCTURE

• 0-23 Months Experience: ₹21,000-₹25,000 CTC/Month

• 24+ Months Experience: ₹27,000-₹35,000 CTC/Month

### 🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Achieve individual and store sales targets

✅ Assist customers with frames, lenses, sunglasses and accessories

✅ Drive sales conversion, upselling and cross-selling

✅ Handle billing, digital payments and customer queries

✅ Support store operations and inventory management

✅ Maintain excellent customer experience and store standards

### 👤 CANDIDATE PROFILE

✔️ Graduation preferred/required as per company norms

✔️ Relevant retail sales experience preferred

✔️ 2+ years of relevant sales experience preferred

✔️ Senior Sales Associate / Team Leader experience is an advantage

✔️ Good communication skills in English (B2+), Hindi and local language

✔️ Comfortable working in rotational shifts

✔️ Strong customer-handling and target-oriented approach

📍 Training Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (Only)

📅 Training Duration: 15-20 Days
