Hiring Senior Process Operator

Position: Junior Process Operator - E-Waste Chemical Recovery

Department: Production / Process Operations

Industry: E-Waste Chemical Recovery

Only Experience: 2-4 years in chemical/process plants, metal recovery, e-waste recycling or related industries; freshers may be considered.

Qualification: ITI /Any Diploma / Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering & Bsc. Chemistry background preferred.

Shift Timing: 8 Hrs Rotational| 1- Rotational Week-Off

Reports To: Shift In-Charge / Production Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION - ESS OPERATOR

1. Operate e-waste recycling process equipment as per SOP and instructions from the Process Controller/Supervisor.

2. Receive, prepare, and charge raw materials into designated tanks/reactors as per batch requirements.

3. Verify raw-material quantity, batch number, tank number, and charging sequence before operation.

4. Handle and charge process chemicals safely as per approved SOP and required quantities.

5. Operate tanks, reactors, agitators, pumps, valves, filters and related process equipment.

6. Monitor process parameters such as pH, temperature, tank level, pressure, flow, and process time.

7. Carry out tank-to-tank material transfer and ensure correct pipeline and valve alignment.

8. Operate filtration equipment and monitor filtration flow, pressure, and performance.

9. Collect, handle, and transfer filter cake/solid material without batch contamination.

10. Perform routine inspection of tanks, pumps, filters, pipelines, valves, and other equipment.

11. Report equipment breakdowns, leaks, spills, abnormal reactions, or process deviations immediately.

12. Take process samples and maintain required process and production records.

13. Maintain accurate records of raw materials, chemicals, production quantities, filtration, and material transfers.

14. Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, chemical-handling practices, and housekeeping standards.

15. Support the Process Controller/Supervisor in achieving safe, efficient, and continuous production.

Fixed Salary:25 K - 35 K CTC + ESI+ PF + Medical Insurance

Overtime (OT) Policy - OT eligibility and applicable OT rates Times

Allowances - attendance allowance, Chemical Allowances

Cab / Transportation Facility - based on the timing and pick up from dedicated points

Accommodation - Near Kandigai / Oragadam ( Company Provided)

Food Facility / Meal Allowance - BF, Lunch and Dinner based shift basis and We provided on subsidy for the food
