Urgent Requirement For Senior Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a Senior Human Resource Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This role requires 2 to 4 years of experience in human resources and an advanced or higher diploma in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and Selection: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees to ensure we attract top talent.

- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, helping to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.

- Performance Management: Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance effectively and provide feedback for growth.

- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills for their roles.

- Policy Implementation: Enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and updating policies as required.

Required Skills and Expectations:
