• Induction and orientation of new joiners.
• To maintain records of existing and exit employees.
• Screening and short listing profiles and fixing/arranging the interview with the seniors.
• Taking Interviews
• Complete the Joining formalities.
Compensation & Benefits / Payroll Management:
• Preparation of Payroll for employees.
• Generating a monthly salary for the employees.
• Making a salary structure for new joiners.
• Issuing payslips every month.
• Handling salary-related issues.
• Performance Management
• Monitor daily attendance.
• Investigate and understand the causes of staff absences.
• Provide basic counselling to staff who have performance-related obstacles.
• Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
• Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to ensure the staff's absence has been adequately covered to ensure continuity of services.
