SENIOR GRAPHICS DESIGNER - BRAND & CREATIVE Company: Ranchpride Agrocomm Pvt. Ltd. - Yumleys Location: Navi Mumbai Experience: 4-7 Years CTC: As per experience Reporting: Brand Manager - Yumleys Job Location: 1040, M Wing, First Floor, AKSHAR BUSINESS PARK, near APMC Market, Sector 25, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra ROLE Develop distinctive visual communication for Yumleys across campaigns, packaging, digital, social, e-commerce, retail and trade - from concept to final artwork. CORE KRA  Develop creative concepts and campaign key visuals for Yumleys.  Design social, digital, website, e-commerce and marketplace creatives.  Design packaging, labels, POSM and retail/trade artwork.  Maintain strong typography, layout, imagery, colour and brand consistency.  Turn marketing briefs into strong visual concepts with minimal supervision.  Adapt key visuals across formats while retaining visual impact.  Work with Content, Brand, Marketing, photographers, vendors and agencies.  Maintain organised master files and production-ready artwork. WE WANT  4-7 years of hands-on Graphic Design / Visual Communication experience.  Preferred: Design Studio, Creative Studio, Branding or Marketing/Creative Agency experience.  FMCG / Food / D2C / Consumer Brand experience strongly preferred.  Strong Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills; Figma / AI is a plus.  Strong fundamentals in typography, composition, layout and visual hierarchy.  Portfolio must show real branding, campaigns, packaging and commercial work.  Strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, speed and independent execution. DO NOT APPLY  Pure Canva/template-based designers dependent on ready-made layouts.  Social Media Designers limited to routine post adaptations.  DTP / production-only operators without conceptual design ability.  Candidates who execute instructions but cannot develop or explain concepts.  Profiles without meaningful commercial brand/design work.  Candidates with weak typography, composition or brand-system fundamentals.
