 ctc and other benefits – we can go up to maximum as fixed ctc + variable components(performance bonus-maximum 10% of fixed ctc + gratuity + leave encashment), night shift allowance- inr 500/working day, free cab(in between 7pm to 6am), 1 time meal and medical insurance.
