Senior Design Engineer

•Knowledge of Manufacturing processes, material, design concepts.

•Responsible for designing engineering projects related to Automation, Material Handling Systems, Special purpose machines.

• Hands-on experience in fixturing / machine tool/system design.

•Responsible for designing & detail drawing of engineering components for manufacturing.

•Ability to discuss with vendors the manufacturing process/tolerances and to guide vendors to manufacture prototype machines/products.

•Responsible to create engineering solutions that meet project objectives considering cost, schedule & technical requirements.

•Sound knowledge of Solid Works, 2D & 3D concepts.

•Should Have knowledge of Electro-Mechanical systems & pneumatic systems

•Design engineering systems for the line automation, material handling systems.
