representing clients: they may represent their clients in meetings or appointments.

generating leads: csrs can also generate sales leads that develop into new customers.

preparing mis report : designing, developing, and maintaining mis systems,create and manage management information systems (mis) to support business operations.

analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.

ppt making; content organization:collaborate with stakeholders to understand presentation requirements.

organize content logically and create a clear flow of information.
