Conduct safety demonstrations and explain emergency procedures.

Assist passengers with seating, baggage, and special requirements.

Serve food and beverages according to airline procedures.

Handle passenger queries and concerns professionally.

Respond appropriately during emergency situations.

Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming cabin environment.

Coordinate effectively with other cabin crew and flight crew member

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic English communication

Well-groomed appearance

Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts
