job description:

we are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented senior accounts executive to manage core accounting operations and daily banking transactions.

key responsibilities:

daily bank reconciliation statement (brs) preparation

handling of journal entries and general ledger posting

credit card reconciliations

processing journal vouchers (jv)

managing day-to-day bank-related payments and receipts

assist in month-end and year-end closing processes

liaison with banks for regular transactions and issue resolutions

ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies

support in audit preparation and documentation

requirements:

minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience

proficiency in tally erp / any accounting software

strong knowledge of ms excel and banking operations

good understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation procedures

excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

typing speed should be above average

ability to work independently and as part of a team
