KRA: Cash Flow Management, Financial Reporting, and Debt Recovery.

KPI:Recovery Percentage: Amount of outstanding dues collected vs. total outstanding.

Audit Readiness: Daily reconciliation of bank statements and cash ledgers.

Expense Control: Monitoring petty cash and operational overheads.
