Looking For Security Guard

We are looking for a reliable Security Guard to join our team in Thane West. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and at least completed their 10th grade education. This full-time position requires vigilant individuals to ensure the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Monitoring the premises:** Regularly patrol the area to ensure that all parts of the property are secure and identify any suspicious activities.

- **Controlling access:** Check identification and authorize entry for employees and visitors, ensuring that only authorized individuals are allowed on-site.

- **Reporting incidents:** Immediately report any incidents, accidents, or security breaches to management, maintaining a clear record for future reference.

- **Maintaining order:** Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances promptly to manage potential threats or issues.

- **Providing assistance:** Offer help to employees and visitors, answering questions and guiding them as needed for a positive experience.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates must have good observational skills to notice unusual activities or potential security risks. Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with staff and visitors. A basic understanding of security protocols and emergency procedures is expected. The candidate should be physically fit, as the job involves long hours of standing and patrolling.
