Designation :- SAP-Assistant Manager PP/QM Module

Qualification:- i)Diploma / (Preferably Mechanical/ Manufacturing/Process) with SAP Trained

ii) SAP Functional Module

iii) Knowledge of Good communication and presentation skills

iv) Knowledge of SAP PP, MM Module

v) 5-10 Year experience in SAP

Salary:- 4 LPA To 5 LPA

Job Summary:-

i) Functional areas, Material issues, process in SAP Responsible for SAP Support

activities.

ii) Understand user requirements, functional specifications system accordingly.

iii) Creation of Master data such as BOM, Routing, Work Center.

iv) Maintaining Master Data Required for PP/QM.

v) Assisting users in creating Master data of Production planning and MM.

vi) End User training and assistance for end users

vii) Working as PP-Team Member for SAP-Support.

viii) Upload Data through LSMW report

ix) Creation of LSMW Report

x) Creation report with through SQVI

xi) Online support for ongoing daily issues.

xii) To support end �� users for resolving the issues encountered during the day-to-

day Process.

Closure of all Existing Plan Order, Purchase requisition, Purchase Order,

Production Order, and Interplant Sales Order before execution of the MRP.

Good Knowledge of VC and Dependency

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:-

i) User Manuals for End User Training.

ii) Providing day-to-day support to end User.

iii) Addressing the issues raised by the User.

iv)Providing end user training & User Acceptance Coordination

v) Maintain Material Master, Bill of Material, Routing etc.

Key Result Areas:-

i) Vendor Master Creation

ii) Creation of info Record for Material Purchase.

iii) Goods Issue Material against of issue slip or through reservation number

iv) Maintain the Inventory physical vs system.

v) Training to End user for Basic of SAP like Modules such as MM, PP.

vi) Co-ordinating with Development Dept. Regarding the BOM changes and

amendments
