• the candidate must have an mba with human resources specialization.

• minimum 3-5 years of hr-recruitment domain / functional experience in reputed mncs

• candidate should have latest sap successfactors – recruiting marketing (rmk) certification.

• minimum 3-5 years of relevant and strong experience in sap hcm (ecc and s/4hana) and e-recruitment module (ecc) in greenfield implementation, rollout and ams projects

• minimum 2-4 years of relevant and strong experience in sap successfactors – recruiting marketing (rmk) module in greenfield implementation, rollout and ams projects

• minimum of 2-4 relevant project experience, full implementation cycle and support projects in sap hcm (ecc and s/4hana) and e-recruitment modules (ecc)

• minimum of 2-4 relevant project experience, full implementation cycle, rollout, and support projects in sap successfactors – recruiting marketing (rmk) module

• participate in the accurate creation of configuration workbooks

• good experience in configuration of roles based permissions.

• should have hands on experience in provisioning settings, admin centre settings for sf-recruiting marketing (rmk)

• hands-on design and configuration of the following areas is a must:

• job data leading practices – data formatting and mapping

• candidate relationship management - configure the candidate relationship management feature set.

• career site builder (csb) pages and components - csb page types and components.

• configure locales - translations for candidate-facing text.

• other career site setup - configure other features in career site builder, such as mobile apply, job page layouts, and search results.

• configure global settings, global styles, and site configuration in csb.

• career site accessibility, usability, and search engine optimization.

• enable and do the basic setup for career site builder.

• move the csb site to production.

• job delivery - job distribution options, generate xml feeds, and populate the source tr
