Salon Manager

The duties of a salon manager will likely include opening and/or closing a salon during business hours, scheduling staff, recruiting, hiring, firing, and training employees, handling conflicts and client complaints, and everything else that goes into the daily operation of the business

Responsibilities

Oversee daily salon operations

Hire and train staff, as needed

Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality

Order beauty products, like creams and essential oils and replenish stock

Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment

Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations

Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards
