Core Responsibilities
Manage daily appointments and staff scheduling
Supervise service delivery and maintain quality standards
Handle client queries and resolve concerns professionally
Monitor inventory and coordinate procurement
Ensure cleanliness, ambience, and discipline
Assist in achieving monthly revenue targets
Handle billing, cash reconciliation, and daily reporting
Support marketing activities and customer engagement
Requirements
Preferably 25 years experience in salon/spa management
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Good interpersonal and customer handling skills
Knowledge of salon services and pricing structures
Basic computer skills (billing/Excel preferred)
Responsible, punctual, and performance-driven
