about the role :
were looking for a proactive and responsible salon manager who can handle day-to-day operations, lead the team, deliver great customer experience, and drive sales growth at our studio11 salon & spa.
key responsibilities
1. customer experience
greet and guide customers professionally
ensure smooth appointment scheduling
handle queries & complaints with a solutions-first approach
maintain high service standards and client satisfaction
2. sales & revenue management
achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
upsell services, memberships, and product packages
track conversion rates & repeat customer flow
maintain daily sales reports and cash/billing accuracy
3. staff & operations
create staff duty rosters
monitor grooming, punctuality, and discipline
conduct short staff briefings & training follow-ups
maintain hygiene and operational standards across the salon
4. inventory & vendor handling
track stock levels of beauty & hair products
reorder items on time and minimize wastage
coordinate with vendors for delivery and requirements
5. cash & billing management
manage pos billing systems
handle cash, upi, and card reconciliations
prevent pilferage and maintain financial transparency
6. salon administration
ensure studio11 brand guidelines are followed
maintain records, attendance, and basic hr paperwork
support social media content (before/after photos, coordination)
required skills
strong communication & customer handling
leadership & staff management
sales mindset with target-driven approach
problem-solving and decision-making
familiarity with salon software (zenoti, miosalon, glamplus, etc.)
basic computer skills (excel, billing, reports)
qualifications
minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred
experience in salon/beauty/hospitality/retail management is an advantage
