Work Location: Work from Home till June 2021 (Office Location: HSR Layout/ Hosur Road, Bangalore)

Work Timing: US Project, work timing is 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST. Notice Period: Immediate / 15 days / 1 month (serving notice period). Salary: Based on experience and resource fitment

Technical Skills

• Minimum 4 years of Service Cloud Experience

• Minimum 3 years development experience with Visual Force, SOQL and APEX

• Minimum 3 years development experience in Salesforce Lightning and experience in migrating from Salesforce Classic.

• Create, monitor & manage Salesforce forms, fields and workflows.

• Create and manage reports for various teams.

• Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, Salesforce for Outlook)

• Preferred – Certified Developer Certification

• Good to Have: Hands on experience in building Community Portal for MNC, Working with Chatbot, Messaging and Service Cloud Einstein.
